We need bids on a Joomla based shopping cart capable of delivering digital content (videos, images, audio)both to mobile devices (cell phones) and to PCs. We would like the mobile delivery and billing to be off carrier and through PayPal only. Delivery should be via Wap Push or some other appropriate means to get maximum phone and carrier coverage. The framework and cart is all we need as we will deal with the site design and graphics.
