Goal Creation Website

Hello, We are a small company looking to create a new website. We have been working on it for some time now and need some help with programming. We have come up with content, function and design but no real way to program it. That’s where you come in! We are looking for someone who is able to do the following: - Be a PHP programmer. We will be using a mySQL database to keep information on our clientele. It will be a scalable ‘social network’ / community. - users need to be able to create an account with us then be directed to their profile page. - users will be able to modify their account information (Layout, Status) - user will be able to post a ‘project’ to their account, so that they and others can see this project. Also they will be able to share ‘project’ with friends through external social media (share tool). - we need the user to insert Flash web applications that we will create, to view and modify information on the database. The site would use somewhat like the Threshold Pledge System, wiki it if you are unsure. We need PayPal / credit card integration. We have a design, but we could use advice with it, so design experience would be welcome. If you have any questions just PM us. Thanks!
