FFMPEG installation and configuration on windows server

Hi, I have a Windows server 2012 64 bit were i have wamp installed, and its working just fine. I need to have FFMPEG installed as well, i managed to get the extenstion installed, but developer who is creating my sites tells me there are quite a few things missing before we can have video on our site. I need a pro developer who knows how to install FFMPEG on a windows server 2012 64bit and test it so that we know it works 110% It must be a fully working and configured FFMPEG, with extenstion,codec's,player and what else is needed to have my website be able to show videos. My developer mentioned extentions+codecs+[login to view URL] I have teamviewer installed so you will get full desktop access to server true that. Info will be given once a freelancer have been awarded. Its urgen so i need someone who has done this before and knows what he is doing and knows his way around in a windows server.
