Daily Deals/Groupon Sites Aggregrator

I am looking for someone to create a daily deals aggregator website similar concept to that of [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The site needs to pull data from crowdsourcing websites similar to GRoupon, Livingsocial,etc but from the Australian market and display them in nice, clean format. Preferred platform is Wordpress but can be done with other open-source CMS (Joomla, Drupal). if you have your own platform I may consider it also. Visitors to the site should be able to choose from a range of cities the deals are available in. Or, the site should detect their location via IP address redirect them to an appropriate city page. There, all the deals should be listed in a format similar to dealromeo (with picture, deal name, pricing, time-left,etc). Should be able to pull data as automated as possible, but I know some Crowdsourcing sites don't have an API, so should have the function of being able to manually update the deals. Theme of website is just a nice simple clean template. Nothing fancy required. logo will be provided.
