CSS style sheet

I am visually impaired, and would like to develop my own small business home page. I'm comfortable coding HTML, but I need assistance with a visual layout and design. I need a worker to help create a custom CSS file that will allow me to have a visually appealing design to my pages. We can discuss colors, arrangements, etc. First though, I need you to be comfortable with being descriptive and articulate in your communication. Second, please keep in mind that my design must conform to HTML5 standards, and use with common browsers. The use of some clipart may be a factor in our work, but I mainly need to develop a CSS file that will feature sharp readable text, nice professional fonts, and an appealing background.
