CI & Web Design (Photoshop, PHP)

I need you help and here is why: I've got an ugly site [login to view URL] and I'd like it to have a representable look like these sites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I really like (and it is a requirement) to have people present in design: (faces, team-work, business-people, handshakes, writing or typing hands, people in office-style with document cases, female assistant with headset) you can make up meaningfull texts related to recruitment - I'll alter them before going online anyway, so that no lies are spread. Sites of my industry are [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I'd like to have the site done with PHP&MySQL and Smarty, if you want to use a CMS then please Joomla or Typo3. Please let me know if you can do it, how much and how long will it take. I will need genuine examples of your work to make my decision. You will need to prove legality of your image sources before payment. All related Photoshop source files are part of delivery. Don't worry about amount of site-sections and the actual texts. I do the end work with my PHP-team. Important in this project is Web- and CI - design. You have complete design freedom - it just needs to shine like the word 'Business' and an average western businessman should be impressed into trance by it. ;) I'm ready to start ASAP. good luck!
