Affiliate Tracking - Plugin Modification - Wordpress

We have a wordpress website that needs Customized Affiliate Tracking. Need to Modify Wordpress Plugin: WP-Affiliate [login to view URL] Modifications Needed 1. Need for Affilliate Commissions Based upon Customer Source and not only Not Cookies. I need to have the Affiliate user tracking actually included in the user account. So that, for example, if I have an agreement to provide commissions to an affiliate , based upon customers they refer to me, that I can ensure that I can continue paying for their referral even if the user deletes their cookie, or access site via different application or via email. This would require a custom solution that logs a new meta field in the user's Account, then checks for that value at the same time as the plugin checks for the user's cookie. 2. I also need to be able to Calculate a commission based on a PreDefined Calculation, not a fixed percentage. This can be stored in a custom field. This plugin is working with [login to view URL] plugin.
