Affiliate Network

hi, I want to build an affiliate network that contains: CPA(commission per action) CPS(commission per sale) CPT( commission per telephone) CPL(commission per lead) PPC(payment per click) PPI (payment per impression). CPA can be almost anything including; download, registration, a sale, filling of a form, or whatever action that you can do on a landing page. A landing page is the page that the user is taken to when he/she clicks on a banner or link from an external page. Every publisher can open a campaign. For each campaign he will need to decide what kind of commission methods and determine the price that he is willing to pay. For example a publisher may determine for one campaign that he wants to pay X amount of money for every click(PPC) and in addition to that Y amount for every person that registers the service(CPA), or just one of them. The publisher will also be required to select the category of the campaign and also sub category if applicable. The name of the campaign is also required and also a short description including what the advertiser must do in order to get paid. After filling in all of the required information of the campaign, the publisher will need to upload advertisement material including but not limited to; banners, clips(short videos), text ads,.. The publisher will also be required to submit at least one landing page. The campaign will then need to be approved by the admin. After approval it will be put into an index of campaigns, which will only be visible to advertises with an approved website. There will be two different kinds of advertiser: Advertisers with out a website and advertisers with an approved website. Advertisers without websites will only be allowed to use url short in order to make a profit and a special feature that will be told to those that are considered the most fitting for the job. Also the advertisers without a website will be approve automatically. Advertisers with an approved website will enjoy all of the features that the advertisers without a website and in addition have access to extra features: 1. The ability to place clients ads on their website by the means of specifying a place on their website and the amount of money that they expect to make. 2. the ability to select from the campaign index and display manually on their website. 3. Also a more profitable version of the special feature that will be described later. The advertisers with a website account will be needed to be approved by the admin, before being activated as an advertiser with a website. Every advertiser and publisher must be able to see their work report at all times, by daily, weekly and monthly. this report must show statistics and ever commission that is connected to his ID link (including its status). The publisher may be able to decline every commission that does not reach his standards. Advertisers will be able to dispute every denied commission, however every dispute will be resolved by the admin. We require that anti-fraud will be instituted in to the website. The script for the short link and a script he resembles [login to view URL] will be included and so will a script that is similar to google's adsense. However they will need a few tweaking done to them. the rest we are expecting you to build. Including the web design which must be compatible in Hebrew and English(from right to left and from left to right) We will only be willing to pay after our website is fully functional and fully approved.
