We would like to accept credit cards on our web site

We are an on-line retailer and we want to accept credit cards as payment. We currently use pay pal but have found that we are losing customers who are not currently signed up with pay pal. We have a credit card machine and a merchant account so we can enter the cc #s manually, we just need a secure site and a tie in to our shopping cart so we can accept cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discovery). In addition, we would like to have an on-line order form that customers can print and fax in to us if they aren't comfortable using their credit card on line. We will need help with this as well (any suggestions are appreciated).
