Audio content management system - YII

Audio content management system must be coded using YII PHP framework. Please bid only if you can demonstrate projects you have done previously in YII. Features are as follows: 1. User login and role management 2. ability to upload multiple audio files, categorize them and give description as an image with supporting text 3. roles include a) System admin for managing users and content b) Author role for uploading and managing their own account and content they produce c) User role for viewing and downloading content 4. User payment system for subscriptions using paypal 5. web services to support the delivery of content 6. web services to support the submission of data from user back to the system (including upload of binary data real-time We have clear specs for this project, so there will be no guess work, should be a clear dev project for the programmer. Again, we have decided on the YII php framework. We will not award this project to anybody that does not have experience in YII. The programmer must also follow security guidelines for YII, so expect the system to undergo a security audit before we finalize delivery of the project. Qualified candidates will get a sample of the spec before concluding the selection of the coder.
