Webscraper to get post form data.

I'm looking for a skilled developer with excellent experience and knowledge of curl and regular [login to view URL] need to get post form data from a website and parse it into arrays. You will make the script in php. Please read attached script for detailed instructions. Two of the below websites check the cookies very carefully therefore you need to parse the http headers, get the cookie and send the cookie using CURLOPT_HTTPHEADER (cookiejar does not always work for these sites).
