Sales Proposal Generator Program for Word

I want wizard like program that will automate our current sales proposal program which is a merge word document. Step 1 of the program will ask the sales person a series of questions like Agency name, Address, City, State, zip, etc. Next the sales person will be asked some sale criteria that is needed to calculate the amount of hard drive storage the client will need for their application. Step 3 will calculate and merge the data into our standard word document template. There should be a print preview button. Convert to PDF button. Convert to HTML button and e-mail PDF button.
