Mp3 normalize, trim, etc. software

We need some VB6 app that encode, decode, normalize, trim and burn mp3 files. We currently have the NCTAudioStudio ACTIVEX ([login to view URL]) for the encode, decode, normalize, trim, etc. features and could be used to develope this project. The burner part should be developed from scratch. Biders SHOULD show some working code. NCTAudioStudio has some examples included in the zip, but it has some lacks. Per example, the PC freezes some time during the reading process on the NCT examples, there are ways to avoid this like creating different process, etc. We need all the features available at the NCT audiostudio activex audiotransform plus the cd burner feature. We need that all the process could be done to a single mp3 file or to a batch of files, showing a percent of the progress, warning that the NCT percent not always work fine in their examples. To accept one bid we need to see a working example (with out a code, just the executable) of NORMALIZATION feature to test if the coder really knows how to make a good work. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
