5 hour VB programming

I am looking for someone to aid me with 5 hours complete custom VB programming. In these 5 hours I will have you be finishing one of my online software applications. Virtually what I am looking for is someone who can complete the website submission portion of my application in the format it is presently in. I know very little VB and I did all of it myself *shrugs*. What I want you to look at is the website submission portion of it and get a feel of the layout and how it is supposed to work. I need it to work with any search engine using both get and post methods.
