Desktop App and PHP/MySql script together

**This should be an easy and fast project for an experienced programmer...** Look for a programmer who can quickly and efficiently write a Desktop application and a php/mysql script that work together. The desktop app would handle all user interaction and the php script would do all server side functions and data collection/storage. The php script would be displaying dynamic content from the db collecting statistics information for the user and the desktop app would display this information to the user AND...create a set number of .html bases pages using tokens and data entered by the user. ---------------------------------------------- Data Flow: ------------ The user installs this app on the local machine. A template file is also copied during this installation. The Data flow: 1) User opens desktop app . All information of the user is retrieved from a DB online. 2) User select "new Project", this creates a new project file. 3) User selects "add pages", this prompts the user to enter the data. A copy is made of the template page and the user entered data is placed inside it and the page is saved. i.e Accept all data at once and create the pages? 4) All such pages created from 1 project. User uploads the pages. -------------------------------------------------------- More information will be provided in a MSWord doc to progammers. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Desktop app: Windows OS all versions Php/Mysql: Linux/Unix
