Cyber Cafe Management Software

What i need is a solution for the following Realtime Situation for Cyber Cafes: A customer walks in the cyber cafe, requests for a PC to the Cafe Attendant on Reception, the Attendant Looks on his screen for any available PCs & if any PC Terminal is idle, he asks the user for the desired time he wants to sit & enters the details against that terminal on his PC for the time customer wants, a Password is generated & is printed out on a small paper strip (just the size of a credit card one) & given to the customer. Now when the customer comes on the PC & tries to launch any browser or use any service, he cannot do so as a screen saver like thing is there asking to enter a user key. when the customer keys in this Key, the Terminal will then validate it from the Master DB & if found correct, will start a timer on the system for the time the key generated is meant for. Now you also have to take care that this Program should not be able to be terminated by task manager or by pressing ctrl+alt+del . Also once a key is generated, it should'nt be generated again as it may lead to misuse & a proper DB of the generated Keys has to be maintained. Now let's say the time customer wantes was 2 hours & it is already 1hour 50minutes, so the terminal should flash message to the customer that he has only 10 minutes left & all the Instant messengers & broswer will be closed in 10 minutes if he does'nt extend the time. If he does desire to extend then it should be done Via the Cafe Assistant Console to which no key will be generated but jsut he can extend the timing of any terminal he desires. Though this will be logged up for Auditing when the Admin may check about the total sales in a day. Also any sale of Cofee, cold Drinks etc. will be entered via the Cafe Assistant's Terminal for all the customer terminals for any Print Outs the terminal of the customer will automatically log it & add to the bill which when they checkout, a slip will be generated mentioning the Total hours used, pPrice for the time uses, Any Print outs, cofee etc. & the Total Amount Due will be shown. The Admin panel should have options for Report generation on various fiels as well as inventory management for consumables like floppies, Coffee, cold drinks etc. They should be able to check the total sale in a day for whole Cafe or per Single Terminal, this will help tally the total Cash at the end of the day with the total Sale. In no case will same password work for the system. ## Deliverables Also as we plan to sell it, we want this whole application to be linked to a web based server so that whenever this application is run, it will Authenticate itself from our servers so that we know that its a real copy running. What i want here is that for each setup we diliver to a client, we will give them a unique Key identifier too which will copy itself to the executable when the Application is installed, so every time this application is run, that key no. will validate itself from our web server & incase any 2 nos. are found authenticating from Different IPs, this will help us catch the piracy promoters. Diliverables include Complete and fully-functional working program(s)& also the web based extension in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
