Annotation tool anhencements

Hello to all, We have an application that allows screen annotation. The application allows the user to draw different shapes on a screenshot. We need an experienced coder witch will enhance the application by adding new shapes that will be drawn over the annotated screen. Currently the application permits the drawing of lines, rectangles, text, and the erase of what was drawn. What we need in order to enhance the application: - allow the user to choose among different line width (like in mspaint) - allow the user to draw either an empty or a filled rectangle, circle (like in mspaint) - add the following options to the eraser: erase the current drawing, erase all drawings - new shapes that need to be added: o pointe tool: changes the windows cursor as the red dot icon like when you use Laser Pointet pen in the meetings screen o a tool that will draw a medium size arrow with the current machine host name on it in white text o circle, arrows (single-sided, two-sided), X sign o thick marckup ??" a very thick line Programming language: C++ (Visual C++ 6.0) We need this job done asap. Thank you for your time. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
