Cloning a themed Wordpress Website(repost)

Looking for a coder to clone an existing website which I own that is based on Wordpress and is themed. Then change the logo and keywords to reflect the new website Not everything such as sub-domains would be cloned, just the basic functionality of the website. Basically replicate [login to view URL] and replace anyh reference to **'PokerKnave'** with **'PoolKnave'. ** So basically you can log in and create subdomains etc. The present subdomains on [login to view URL] would not be replicated because new ones would be made on poolknave. This project will suit someone who is proficient in Wordpress.
