C# to Delphi Port

I would like to Port the attached C# code to Delphi 6. The original source code for this project is available from the [[login to view URL]][1] website. Its a packet sniffer/parser program in C#. I would like to extend this project but believe that C# is the wrong language for performance/size, etc.. and as I am a delphi programmer would like to have it in Delphi. The source files are attached in C#. I would like to have the port as soon as possible and the structure of the program should follow the existing class structure that exists. I only require reasonbly well-documented source code of a well-designed and object-oriented nature in a reasonably short amount of time. As all the source is available for this project it´s a simple conversion from C# to Delphi (6). The final executable should be lean and can utilise DLLs if deemed neccesary - may suit the various parser classes that exist. (please - no use of C# or .net libraries). I will inevitably need some help extending this project on the future so the developer should have some interest in packet-sniffers in general, etc.. I would NOT require all the parser classes that currently exist in the C# project - just the main ones (TCP, IP, UDP, and a few others) initially. Thanks ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform 32-bit Windows as appropriate. Please ensure it´s tested with both Ethernet & PPP adapters.
