I need a widget that I can put numbers into, specifically mortgage rates, and then this widget gets updated in all emails I have sent out, so I need it to be able to be embedded into emails, but also always be live, so If someone opens an email from 1 year ago, it will be updated with today's rates. It will have to include an entry point that I type into from my office, that then updates all of the widgets in all of the emails.

Hi, I don't want to bid on this project, i only want to inform you that this is not possible. This would have been possible by using images, that can be live updated, but the email providers, such as google, cache the images so the user will see the cache image and not the live updated one, and there is no work around, tried.
