Twitter Bot

I'm looking to create a twitter bot in PHP which I can host on my server which you login using your twitter account to verify, once logged in you define the following Variables below. > Auto Follow Users by Searching Tweets with a Keyword (Changeable) > Auto Unfollow Users who don't follow back in 48 Hours (Changeable) > Auto Favourite Tweets but Keyword (Changeable) Each action needs to take place every minute or so, which can be altered if needed. The code needs to use the Twitter API, so I login in to it with a Twitter account and the "ALLOW API". Once logged into the website there will be the following Fields. Follow Users: Keyword = {Enter Keyword} Follow 1 User Every = Random Number of Seconds Between {Number} and {Number} Unfollow Users: Unfollow Users who don't follow back within = {Enter Hours} Favourite Tweet: Keyword = {Enter Keyword} Timeframe = Random Number of Seconds Between {Number} and {Number} ---------- Is this something that is achievable? if not is their something simular? ---------- Please only reply if you can do it within my Budget.
