Coupon Print Manager

am looking to create a module application for another website that will allow me to manage coupon overall quantities and control how many coupons are printed by each email I/P address. Please refer to [login to view URL] and see how they utilize a Java applet print controler that is installed on a customers own pc prior to printing. When a customer sees a discount that they like the coupon is printed without ever being seen on the pc to minimize screen capturing and fraud. This applet will be incorporated after or in conjunction with a squeeze/submission request form that we are obtaining from another source.
