Comments Section Plugin Needed On Our Blog

Simple project ... we have a word press blog that allows readers to comment. We need a custom plugin that allows "replies" to a specific comment using social networks login information. We also need to be able to enable/disable plugin and be able to modify (enhance) it in the future. All existing comments must remain intact.
