Hi, We are a boutique technology consulting firm based in Boston with a focus on projects that are intellectually challenging. Protocols are a key focus area for us and we have been working on efficient protocol design, protocol specifications, and related issues for quite a while. So, that expertise will easily prove very useful in a project like yours. We see this project as an approximately 6-week effort, with the following phases: - Gathering more information from you regarding the protocols you want simulated and any other information specific to your use case. - Implementing simulators for each - Implementing key metrics to analyze regarding each protocol. - Putting it all together in a nice graphical interface. You will have ample opportunities to provide your feedback and inputs. Also, we usually require installment payments when specific milestones are accomplished, but that can be worked out later.
