Smarty PHP Project

I need a expert php coder to do simple tweaks to my website. Website is currently running PHP Smarty content management system but some how not able to add new pages. 1. Fix the "Services" Dropdown menu its messed up. 2. You have to create 3 new pages i will send you the content and PPC code for each page Add current form from homepage on all pages when form is submit the adwords PPC camping code will be activated and a Thank you page will come. You have to verify code and make sure its working. New pages will not be added in "Services" dropdown. Right now homepage form when submitted its data is added to website backend i need the same but page name should be displayed so that i am able to know it comes from from which page.
