Voice Pay/Perpetual Payments Payment Module CRE Loaded

I need a payment module for CRE Loaded for the Voice Pay/Perpetual Payments Gateway. The module, is pretty basic, it just needs some basic information forwarded to the Perpetual Payments server where a payment page is presented to the customer, I am NOT looking to process and store the credit card data on my server/website, this solution is simply a form payment method which forwards to Perpetual Payments, similar to the normal PayPal payment module. I have included the integration guide which outlines the data needed to be sent to the payment gateway. If you have any questions or require clarification do not hesitate to ask.
