Hi Evopro, I can definitely do this for you. I am very familiar with Joomla and writing components for it. I read your entire specification and can do this for you easily. It sounds like you want a single gateway for 3 main account types: Your affiliates, your group admins, and your group users. All the functionality you listed in your spec can be done and I would also recommend a page for point of sale purchases where your fundraisers could put in orders with customers sitting right there so the cuts wouldn't be seen. As for the legally binding prepaid orders, you will want your legal people to come up with a good document for that and we can have a link to it or display it on the page when they go in to place prepaid orders. I am highly proficient in Joomla, PHP, MySQL and Javascript and can show you Joomla components that I have developed in the past. I fully understand your ease of use concerns and am familiar with designing end user interfaces that are as simple as possible to use (examples available on request as well).
