Attention Magento Experts: Basic Tasks

I had a store that was set up and a new template was created for it. That was a Windows based server and we have to move the site to a Linux based server now. I have the database and file dump from that old Windows server. I need someone to do this: 1. Install the latest copy of Magento Community Edition on the new server. 2. Add the categories and products BY HAND based on the SQL dump. I don't want you to just run the SQL file. All existing categories and products (that come with the install) should be deleted and the new ones added based on what you see in the file and SQL dump. There are 10-12 categories, and 4-6 products: that's it. The site was still in demo mode. 3. The template is ready and was installed and working on the old server. You need to make sure that it is working on the new one as well. 4. After the above is done and tested, I will need you to install this Extension: [login to view URL] I will buy it for you. It needs to be installed and tested. You will need to enter three products (that I will give you information for) and set them to "Call for Price" to test this. --- I need this fairly quickly - by Friday (Aug 12) would be most preferrable. --- I will escrow all funds. I will release the half of the payment when you complete the first three tasks. --- Second and final payment to be released when the job is fully complete and delivered. --- I'll need unlimited revisions and fixes till the job is done. --- After this work is done, I have more work on the same store.
