Migrate Interspire Email Marketer to another hosting

I'm looking for an experience provider who can migrate my Interspire Email Marketer application into another new hosting shared account. Some are the task are: 1) Install new version of IEM (5.6.x) from clientarea (i have active account) 2) Download the database, emails, email campaign, setting from old hosting & install into the new one. 3) maintain all private label info, perform any setting required. 4) Liase with the hosting & set the cron schedule, mail sendout, etc in the new hosting so the IEM can work perfectly. 5) Test to make sure everything is workable and no hiccups esp on the cron part. 6) Point the domain to the new hosting. My budget is $40. Exprience provider can do everything within 1-2 days. This project is Urgent
