Celebrity picture landing page

We are looking for someone who will successfully put together a celebrity picture landing page for us. This will include: 1/ researching the most suitable picture for the job. (we will give you specific instructions) 2/ modifying the picture using photoshop. 3/ designing a simple professional-looking landing page with basic design and call-to-action 4/ being able to MODIFY the downloading of a file/image with pop-ups (more about that during the interview).
