live webcam set up

I need to set a 24/7 broadcast of a live 2 video feeds, from my home webcam, to the website . that can be viewed in a video player (specifically JW Player) on my l website. There won't be more than just a few people at a time viewing the live feed on the website. The hosting server gave me the link for the 2 scripts related to that project Is there a programmer he could help me to download on my PC that will assign my webcam's feeds an IP address of sort? Please ask for more details if you are interested , the website is dome i only needs the 2 webcams on it I will take only programmer with experience
