imitate a site using phpmotion

I need my site to look like [login to view URL] my site is [login to view URL] . 1) I would like the description to be longer underneath the video and and the number of views 2) My thumbnails to be bigger 3) I need the main page paginated 4) My videos to load in date sections like this [login to view URL] all of nov 4 videos in is section nov 3 in its own section 5) And move the top ad space to below the spot light video I have a scripts to help you with #4.
