Web Developer Needed for Multiple Proje

I manage a web development company where I have been the sole developer. I also have a young family and must now work multiple jobs to stay afloat in this economy. I am looking to hire a developer to assist me with making adjustments to client websites and also on a few websites that we are developing as profit generators. We currently manage a dedicated linux and a dedicated windows 2003 server. We support approximately 20 clients along with 10 special projects that have been in development for awhile now. The developer will be granted ftp and mysql database settings. I will serve as a point of contact with the customers. I will provide the details that they need changed and will plan to relay the information via the vworker website. Currently, we are in the process of rolling out an online ticketing system where the customers can send messages regarding the updates that they need. The selected developer would then have the opportunity to respond with the customer via the ticket system. The person that we need must have a good knowledge of php, css, xhtml, html, xml, and MySQL. I have managed several successful projects on this website. My current goal is to work with an experienced developer who can help us grow. We want to grow by increasing the value of our products and then increasing our client base. Please consider the fact that this has the possibility of becoming a long term situation. It is very important that we work with someone who is competitively priced but also who is skilled and knowledgeable. If our goals are met in a timely manner, bonuses will be issued and we will also consider adjusting the hourly rate.
