Video and Photo Gallery Website Wanted for Family Website

We are after a website to be created for a client. His website will be a photo and video gallery of private family pictures and videos. We need user registration, login, uploading of photo and video via FTP, commenting and captioning of files, sorting of files into albums and viewing based on the group the registrant belongs to. It's kind of like a private YouTube and Flickr combined for one user. ## Deliverables The requirements: To be able to store all family videos and photos Allow registered users to leave comments Upload via website AND ftp 3 groups of viewers: Owners Family Friends Recommend software for MP4, 3GP conversion to web format. Recommend software for video editing Allow Owner to edit captions Allow Owner to Create, Edit, Delete Album Album is a collection of? Videos and Photos (like tag) Allow users to view certain albums Email Owner when comment left Be able to email all registered users when new video/photo left. Have photos/videos uploaded in bulk (FTP is best option) and automatically published online. Login needed to view files. Secure login. Other similar requirements may be added that have been overlooked relating to the above.
