I have a rather complex multi dimensional differential equation, that i need to solve using the matlab Function "ode45". The DE consists of M number of agents that operate either in 3 dimension or 2 dimension. Their acceleration is a function of each others position relative to themselves. I need to be able to randomly assign their initial conditions, and then plot their movements from t0=0 to t.
I have the DE that controls their movement. And all of the necessary math involved I just haven't been able to convert it to functioning matlab code.
