Setup a Joomla/ Drupal/ other opensource cms site

Hello Coders, here's what we're after: 1. Use an opensource CMS such as Joomla or Drupal to setup our website on our host. We will supply banners. You will be required to code a simple 1 column template with menus. 2. Setup Newsletter, Blog, Podcast/ Video links, Forum features 3. Setup easy WYSIWYG editor for article contributors. 4. Setup opensource CRM such as SugarCRM and link Newsletter subscribers to it. Repeat work may be available if you're quick, efficient and communicative.
