Mozilla and IE toolbar development; Web application for quote insurance service automatically

The project has two stages: 1- Build up a simple toolbar for Mozilla and another one for Internet Explorer, both with just a couple of links to different pages on a website. In both cases an installer/de-installer is needed. 2- Make a web application to quote an insurance service. That is a web form to get some data, make some calculations and deliver some data after submit the form. Some values must be configurable (like rates). The project must be done in PHP and PostgreSQL or MySQL. There's no need for administrative tasks (set up databases, configure webserver, etc). All those things are made by the network team at the company. The guidelines for colors are inside a CSS provided to the coder. ## Deliverables All the application texts are in Spanish, so is really better to understand that language.
