Draw a SVG polygon with rounded corners (PHP)

Hello, I need a PHP algorithm to draw a polygon in SVG format with ROUNDED CORNERS. The result has to be more or less the same than if using the "Effects, Stylize, Round Corners" function in Adobe Illustrator. Please, look at the samples attached : The first picture ([login to view URL]) is made by joining each point of the polygon with a straight line, this is the result of the current [login to view URL] program. The two other pictures (rounded_5 and rounded_30) are what the result must be using the rounded function (I made these two samples with Illustrator using the "Round Corners" effect with a 5 and 30 value). So you have to implement the svgPolygonRounded function as highlighted in the attached program. Of course the SVG code may differ from the one made by Illustrator, but the visual result must be the same.
