Design and Layout for Web Based CRM

We are an IT services company looking to design our own web app CRM. ? Thiis CRM will have multiple parts. 1.) Client information (address, phone number, main contact 2.) Additional contacts? 3) Configuration information ( We will store the clients information here. ? Like password to different things, IP address and things like that 4.)? Help desk? ticketing ? We want the ability to have the system accept? help desk? tickets and be able to bill time against the ticket. ? 5.) Reporting based on time ? How much time each client used, which user posted the most time to the tickts 6.) User timesheets for the helpdesk tickets and other issues.
