Create Landing Page to meet Google Requirements

I need a landing page created that will match the colors of [login to view URL] The landing page should be 100% visible without scrolling, include the current header images at a reduced size (about 1/2 inch in height for the header), title area under that, a body area for placing a contact form (FormSite - Javascript .. I will be creating that), and a right column for additional information. Need this ready by Monday, June 7th, 2010 Thanks for bidding, but if you bid, I need to see an example of a landing page you have created that is in use by your client. If you have a stock landing page that my clients colors and logos can be adapted to, that is fine. It does not have to be a totally custom page.
