Graphic design work for new website

Here i am back in RAC to find a professional graphic artist to complete this job and other jobs I have pending. Future jobs will be posted privately using RAC's system. We need to design a logo and a website template for a museum website. You have the option to design the site entirely or you can help in purchasing a website template to be modified for our purposes. Attached you will find a zip file containing some graphics described below: ## Deliverables [login to view URL]: This file contains the basic colors for the website. We can use this as a reference point to design the new site's structure or to purchase a template for modification. [login to view URL]: This is a picture of a house that will be used for the logo in connection with [login to view URL] [login to view URL]: This is a picture also to be used as a logo. [login to view URL]: This was an attempt to create the logo for this website, but the person in charge does not like merging the 2 images, but to actually draw the house using the elements from the bulb. **************** Task 1: Create a logo for the site using both the [login to view URL] and the [login to view URL] images. Do not merge, but simply create the house out of the bulb. The example presented here has some attributes, but you can differentiate between the 2 images. We don't want this. I believe that for this task you should have some expertise in Illustrator and / or Freehand where you can blend 2 images as one, rather than superimposing them. Task 2: Help me find a template for the webiste [[login to view URL]][1] or any other place to be modified for this project. Or, you can design your own template. We will do the programming part of the site. Take into account the color scheme provided by [login to view URL] **************** What is this website about ? This will be a museum called Latimer House Museum where items from Mr. Latimer will be presented to the public. These items will also be displayed for the public on the website. **************** Availability: Make sure you will be available to make changes to the images after completion of project (For an additional fee) and it will be best if you could work with us for graphic design work in future projects. My main programmer is in Russia and our marketing department is in New York. We are looking for long term relationships, not only a single job. Regulations: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop or Illustrator.
