Custom Script needed for website.

Ok i need someone to write me a script for my site. This is what i need the script to do. (I Have attaced a picture of my layout i made up, so you can see what i am talking about) The top clown in the jack-n-the-box will have a 'talk bubble' and i would like the script to allow visitors of the site to be-able to click the link under the bubble "What am i saying" and it will bring up a window with a text box and a submit button, When a visitor types something in the text box, and hit the submit button, it will take what the visitor have typed in the textbox and place it in the bubble. Also you see the little guy on the top of the layout on the far right? Well its going to be the same thing. But it's going to be "What am i thinking bubble" i have no idea of how much it will cost, so the budget is set from 20-100 if it is more just tell me, and i will go from there. if this one goes a smooth as i hope, there will be more jobs for you as well. ***YOUR BID IS ALSO INCLUDING INSTALLING THE SCRIPT***
