BuyItNow Auction for Toronto Sports tickets

I need a site that allows buyers and sellers to exchange tickets to Toronto sports games. It will be kind of like ebay, but there will be no actual bidding, only BuyItNow. I am looking to spend between $200-300 US, but if no one can offer me a reasonable proposal for this range, I can pay more. It might help to use one of the bazillion auction scripts on the internet. However, the amount we agree on includes money spent on buying other peoples scripts. ## Deliverables I have attached html files with the precise requirements. The exact same files can be accessed conveniently at [login to view URL] You maintain full rights to distribute any software you make for this project, but I reserve the right to expand and modify the software you provide me with in the future without remunerating you. ## Platform I prefer it to run on Unix/Linux servers, but if .asp is your bag, I guess that is okay too. I will just have to change hosts. PHP and MySql is what I'm used to, but I'm willing to expand my horizons. Must be compatible with recent versions of IE and Netscape (lets say must be compatible with IE 3.0+ and Netscape 3.0+). ## Deadline information The deadline is artificial. I can accept a later completion than the 15th, but not if it could be done at the same quality on time. I'd prefer sooner than the 15th, but not at the sacrifice of quality. Please say when you can have it done by when you make your proposal.
