The heart of this project is a scanner which will constantly trawl bookmaking (sportsbook) websites looking for mis-matches between the odds offered on different sites. Once the scanner is successfully created it will be incorporated into a subscription website. The scanner must be able to trawl approximately 200 betting sites, compare like for like events (not easy since different bookmakers use different identifiers) and compare odds using a formula which I will provide. It must then be able to highlight those events where discrepencies exist and perform some quite simple calculations to aid the user to place their bets efficiently. Many hundreds of these opportunities occur every day so the scanner must be proved to reliably find two to three hundred per day. The website must contain standard subscription features eg control of subscriptions, user message board area, some updateable content pages etc. It must also allow some user personalisation of the scanner eg allow user to select which bookmakers sites they are interested in. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
