Wiki like crowd source mass collaboration ideagora

We are seeking the best ideas & proposals. [login to view URL] needs software for mass collaboration by qualified scientists and doctors. To contribute to the wiki they must register with affiliation, bio, & publications list. Visibility to a viewable subset of registration fields is tagged to wiki content contributed. If registered users do not contribute thier registration profile is not visible execept to system adim. If others who are qualified to contribute question anothers qualifications (as in the publicly visible part of registration) there must be a peer review method to block future ontributions. Systems admin only would be involved for arbitration of disputes on block reversal requests. Non qualified to change can view, and can can "View Only" register so that they may recieve pink if content of selected wiki topic changes. Or selected topics may be for invited collaborations and only the invitees may view and change (also site administration) Multiple taggs of qualified contibutors will create a pseudo peer review and when it reaches some critical mass and some critical time passes it then is highlighted and an additional link is added to "Peer Review Process". Adding another tagg or link as well as content will trigger a ping. Anyone who contributes will automaticly be added to the ping list. Registration lists must be secure. Help us set this up.
