multi-store on osc-max

I am look for a price to take the following mod: [login to view URL] I currently have two shops selling the same items one with freeshipping and one without: url will be given to winning bidder. What I would like for this mod to do is add another field that will let me have price + shipping + (an option to do another markup by % or amount) I also want to have each site keep the same templates. Also when I add new sites have them have their own templates and I select what prices to use (Standard or New with Free Shipping) I will need a price before I can have you start this project so please let me know.
