Website for Advertising Company

I am representing a start up advertising firm that is looking to create a multifunctional, interactive website for its clients and partners. The purpose of this site is 2-fold: Display company information on technology and services; showcase pictures and videos Provide clients and partners separated sets of services; including uploading files (pictures and videos), sending messages to the administrator and managing accounts The site should have its main page displaying information, and tabs for technology, services, etc. It should also have 2 portals that users can login to (client and partner), to access their set of web services. Partner and Client accounts are created by the admin, who has a seperate login. Each portal will provide the following functionality. Partner: View a given set of advertisements (pictures and videos) + additional personal info, send messages to admin Clients: Manage their advertisement portfolio consisting of pictures and videos (remove files, upload files, view files), view client specific information, send messages to admin All pictures and videos should be stored on single server. Access to content strictly is based on individual accounts (clients can access uploads, partners access only allowed content). I would like to maintain strong communication with the developers to ensure the final product meets the exact requirements and is completed on time. We will discuss additional design details, as well as development and implementation details for the different features. Open to discussing different development platforms but C#/ASP.NET is preffered. The site will be hosted on a regular home/office network PC.
