WHMCS + SolusVM IP Module

I need a module for WHMCS created that will make the management of IP addresses easier, with SolusVM use. The level of work you put into it is up to you, so this can be a very basic project if you want it to be. Please at the very least make sure you can communicate well, and know what SolusVM is, and what WHMCS is, as that's the two main software you'll need to work with regardless of your skills. Some ideas include bringing in all the IP pools from SolusVM and syncing it with WHMCS, and otherwise making it easier to change IPs and such, for customers. Another idea is being able to create a service with a specified IP rather than sequentially, or have the IPs just go in a random order for whatever server it ends up on. The point is, I just need some minor to major changes to the current useless system. This can be anywhere from $10 to $300, however, if you bid $300, be prepared to do some major overhaul.
