Teleportation Device Required

Hello folks. I'm looking for an individual or team than can build be a working model teleportation machine. I would prefer it to be built using php and mySQL however I am open to other suggestions. The device just appropriately analyze all ten octillion human atoms and be able to reconstruct with point point accuracy on the receiving end. Your coding must be precise as I do not wish to have the test subject incur any neurological or physiological damage. After the subject is successfully teleporated to the destination additional care must be taken to destroy the original subject otherwise you can imagine the issues that would arise. This process must be accomplished in the most humane way possible. Once the machine is correctly coded and checked for bugs we will do a beta test using yourself as a subject. If all goes well and you can still recite the alpahbet after a succesful transfer then I will release your milestone and also include a bonus depending on how quickly you can produce a working prototype. If for some reason you are unable to complete or disappear then I must be given all rights to recover my milestone. You must also sign a NDA agreement and be able to begin work right away.
