MODIFY EXISTING EDUCATION PORTAL -- 2

Small school portal modification, the vendor contracted for this job have made great effort in completing the project but, cos of time constrain he has not been able to finish it and there is still little modification to make. in admin login: student payment miscellaneous payment then automatically promote students to current academic year (because he has not been able to complete this, we are 2yrs behind class) In student account: Result view: (make it possible for students to view their results according to the modified result template. i.e. termly result view) Payment report: (make it possible for students to view their payment details according to the termly payment. i.e. view money paid and money yet not paid per each term) I need some one or company who can listen to instructions and work according to our requirement pls. Also looking for a long time relationship. I'll need the portal application accessed, modify according to the requirement, then convert the portal to php so we can easily edit basic information as we so desire. (Pls do have in mind that we already have students data and wouldn't want to loose any data). The winner of this project will also be contracted to integrate online exam moodule to the portal so our students can write online exams, (Samples of ERP is highly required for this) Sorry to say there shall be no initial milestone until work is done and completed or have gotten to a satisfactory stage, because I have been on this for couple of years to get the vendor effect these changes but of which have not done anything ever since. This should be completed within 15days, and if am not satisfied with the work, I will cancel and give to another bidder.
